Green Schools Rock is a free, inclusive program that is is committed to helping schools provide the healthiest learning environment possible by shaping kids to be green leaders in their schools and communities. GSR is accomplishing this mission in three ways:AdvocacyWorking on and advocating for positive legislation to impact the health of our schools. EducationAs a youth you can sign up to be a Green Schools Rock Youth Leader and join our monthly trainings. You will grow your environmental knowledge and work on projects that will positively impact our environment. GSR PledgeEnlisting teachers to take the Green Schools Rock Pledge!Make a commitment to three free sustainable actions this school year! The three Pillars of a green school are: - Reduced environemental impact - Increased health and well being - Increased environmentally and sustainability literacy for all graduates Take the Green Schools Rock Pledge and become a GSR Youth Leader today. Together we can take a huge green step forward for our communities, children and our environment.
